We recommend you arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. This allows time for you to meet your therapist and to prepare for your treatment.

We understand that sometimes your appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Please note appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee for services booked. This may be charged to your hotel room account.

Please advice us at time of booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities.

We are also more than happy to oblige with special requests.
