Imagine indulging in an exquisite Thalgo Spa treatment – inspired by a cocooning sensation for total comfort and relaxation. Candle-lit, ambient rooms, fluffy doonas, warmed products and hot towels are all part of the Serendipity way.

Serendipity Spa Retreat is an experience in itself. Along with a full range of Purely Indulgent Spa services, Serendipity also caters for your every beauty need; Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing, Tanning, Tinting and Special Occasion Make-Up and hair.

You may also wish to take advantage of our Wedding Day service, where we take all the usual stress out of preparing for your big day. We have hairstylists and make up artists available to help you prepare and can come to the privacy of your accommodation, or home, to transform you and your bridal party. We can also include Mum, Mum in law, Grandma and anyone you wish to enjoy the pre-wedding preparations with. We are able to tailor a day specific to your needs, so please just let us know how you would like your day to unfold.

The Serendipity Spa Retreat experience includes:

• Face: Awaken, purify and restore your skin with a personalised facial. Serendipity use the latest technology, which allows your therapist to tailor a treatment specific to your needs.

• Body: Revive, tone and hydrate your body with one of Serendipity’s divine Body treatments

• Hands and Feet: Pamper the most important parts of your body.

• Massage: Experience relaxation for body, mind and soul while encouraging your body’s natural healing ability

To enhance your Serendipity experience:

• Serendipity Spa Retreat recommend you arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment. This will allow time for you to meet your therapist and to prepare for your treatment.

• Serendipity Spa Retreat understand that sometimes your appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Please note appointments cancelled with more than 2 hours and less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee for service booked. Less than 2 hours or failure to keep an appointment will result in 100% cancellation fee for services booked.

• Please advise at the time of booking of any allergies, ailments or disabilities. They are also more than happy to oblige with special requests.

• To ensure your total relaxation and as a courtesy to other spa clients, please turn off your mobile phones.

• Serendipity Spa Retreat is located on the  Esplanade, Hervey Bay overlooking the Urangan Pier. This is in close proximity to most of the major Hervey Bay Resorts – Mantra, Peppers Peir Resort, Breakfree, Akarma, Ramada, and Quarterdecks. A fully mobile Spa service is available to all of these and any other accommodation facilities within the Hervey Bay area.   A fully mobile Spa Service is also now also  available on the Central Coast NSW.
